Terms of service.
The plain-English terms for working with Jonathan Landscaping.
Quotes. Quotes are free and valid for 30 days. A quote covers the work described in it; if the job changes on site, we'll agree any difference with you before doing it.
Bookings and access. We turn up when we say we will. If we can't access the property at the agreed time, we'll reschedule; repeat missed access may incur a call-out fee, which we'll flag first.
Payment. Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept bank transfer and other methods listed on your invoice.
Our workmanship. If something we did isn't right, tell us within 7 days and we'll come back and fix it. That's on us.
Weather and safety. Some work depends on conditions. If weather or safety means we need to postpone, we'll rebook you as the first priority.
Liability. We're fully insured. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses; nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
